Dave's is a remarkable company. I wasn't totally satisfied with the installation but didn't want to say anything because part of the problem was my fault. They listened, then came out and fixed everything with no charge. I have never experienced a company so committed to excellent service!

I've had mini split systems installed as primary heat sources at four different residences in the past 10 years now and this was the 2nd time I've used Dave's Appliance. I'm not sure why I've ever used anyone else. From start to finish, everyone I've dealt with there was top notch and their work is immaculate. Highly recommended!

We recently moved into a new construction home. I had the pleasure of working with Brian from Dave's Appliances. Brian was always super responsive during the entire process. He made sure everything was ordered properly and then delivered and installed according to our timeline. I can't say enough good things about this company, we made the right choice selecting them as our appliance supplier. If you're in the market for a new appliance, choose Dave's!

They were a pleasure to work with during the buying phase and have continued to be wonderful when we have had any service needs. Brian the owner, personally took care of things and came to our home to be sure all was as expected. He, and the entire service team are amazing. Local service the way you want. We will continue to purchase any appliances we need from them.

Dave’s Appliance is the best. We were in a pinch and without a dishwasher. We called Dave’s at 4 pm on Friday, not only did they have one in stock but they also had it ready when we got there, making sure we were all set before they went home. I highly recommend Dave’s Appliance. The pricing was spot on and the service was unbelievable! Thank You Dave’s Appliance.

Extremely professional, pleasant and reasonable. Their service was seamless and they were a pleasure to work with, arriving on time and doing a wonderful job delivering our new washer/dryer while removing the old one. I can not recommend them strongly enough. Thank you for being such a wonderful and dependable company. update 04/11/2023: Today we had an issue with our dryer and they came over to take care of it right away. Even though we were lucky that they were in the area, I still am extremely pleased with their customer service and the fact that they care!

Shopped online, used the chat feature which worked great, then switched to telephone. Kim was very helpful and was my contact person for the whole process. The delivery went smoothly, arrived at the expected time with a phone call 20 minutes prior. The delivery staff was very professional and installation was fast. Really a stress free process, excellent communication and good availability of products too.

I have used Daves for a number of years both in Boothbay and at Sugarloaf. They have always done a fabulous job with both sales and service but today they topped it all in a different way. I ordered a dishwasher to replace a broken one that was 12 years old and had been repaired once already. I figured it wasn't worth fixing at that age. When removing the water line I realized there was a secondary shut off valve further down the line that had been turned off. Turning that on solved the problem. When I called to tell them I didn't need the new dishwasher that had been special ordered and was already loaded on the truck and out for delivery they were completely understanding and showed absolutely no frustration in their voices at my stupidity. They are just a great company to work with for a lot of reasons !!!

My refrigerator suddenly died yesterday after only 5 years. I called Dave's at 9 AM and the repairman was here by 11:15. Unfortunately, my fridge had fallen prey to a problem that has apparently become common in the brand after 5-6 years of use. I was at the store by 1 PM, chose a new fridge, and it was delivered today. I can't imagine a better customer service experience.

We recently had a heat pump installed and they did a great job. I was very impressed, Zack, Denver and Brock were very professional and a class act. The job was completed in just a few hour. They cleaned up after the job was done everything looked great. I would high recommend having Dave's for your heat pump needs.
