Ice maker leaking out of chute

Had my fridge for less than a month and had to have the repair man out because the ice dispenser on the door is leaking, dripping all over! Repair man said he had been to several homes with same issue! That this is a manufacturer defect and had no way to fix it! It is getting to warm through the chute and making ice melt out! Would like some answers and solutions to this problem! Otherwise I would give 5 stars because everything else has been really nice!

I like all the space. Not sure why there are two ice makers. I'm glad I was able to turn off one of them. Question: Is there a way to lower the temperature on the water dispenser? I would like the water colder if possible. Also, the Sabbath mode should be reversed. The light should stay ON during the Sabbath. Not OFF.

We™€™ve had this refrigerator for two weeks and so far so good! It looks beautiful, runs quiet, love the handles, and more room than we thought! The doors stay open when I am retrieving things from the fridge unlike our last one (KitchenAid) every time I opened the door, set something on the counter come back the doors would be closed. Not a big deal, but annoying. We had nothing but problems with the KitchenAid refrigerator so we have high expectations for this Frigidaire.

Got this fridge installed about a week ago and we're loving it. it looks very professional grade in the kitchen. The outside is simple and clean. We really like the simplified display panel on the outside, and the hidden control panel in the door. This fridge feels solid. Double icemaker is great. Plenty of ice so far with no problems. And they're cubes, not curved ice, which we also like. The interior lighting is great. Four minor notes 1) it's a small thing, but we're missing the little compartment most fridges have in the door for butter. It's easy enough to keep a stick of butter on any shelf, but it's also easy for that to get lost in a fridge full of food. 2) we found it very difficult to get the two middle shelves to be side by side on the same level. It took a bit of doing but we finally got it to work. Really had to push them in hard. 3) The fridge dispenses water, but does not cool the water. You have to use ice if you want it to be very cold. 4) the Fridgidaire Professional badge on the door is a little bit crooked. It's cosmetic and does not affect the performance at all, but for at this price point it would be nice if it was straight. But those are minor complaints. Overall, a week in with this one and we're quite happy.

The stainless steel is truly smudge-proof, and looks very clean compared to our last fridge. Overall a good fridge. The only thing I think I wasn™€™t expecting is a sound it has.Although not annoying , from a 21st century technology, I think it could be quitter.However, this might be due to its installation. I ordered this to be delivered and installed by Hoedepot. Installers were nice guys but if I didn™€™t note te fridge needs to be level, he wouldn™€™t check it also tge doors were not adjusted and he tried using a different allen wrench to adjust as he didn™€™t know there was one provided and I found it later.On leveling, he couldn™€™t level it between the from and back direction and left it to myself to put some shims on the back side!!

This is a very good refrigerator that is fairly spacious on the inside and I like the positioning of lights which gives me the ability to see all of the inside of the refrigerator. One thing to note is that with the controls on the side of the left door I do tend tap my arm on the control panel when the door is open, I have my hand on the handle, and reaching in to get something. It does beep and I have not changed any settings so just a minor thing. The dual ice makers is very useful as the freezer mounted ice maker is great for filling larger items such as pitchers or serving containers versus trying to fill from the upper ice maker from the door. This has been a great refrigerator.

Pretty decent fridge

Beautiful fridge, but like anything else, has some cons. Let's start with the things I wish I knew beforehand. The fridge is loud, all the time, especially when it's filling, emptying it's ice maker. (We have the external ice and water model,with 2 ice makers) I've had a lot of fridges and none were quite as loud as this one. Next is the drip tray for the external water/ice is not removable. Why? That makes no sense. And another odd thing is when you press the button to get water, the water starts pouring first before the night light comes on. There's a good 4 second delay. Yes food will freeze if it's in front of the back wall vents in the fridge, but the manual tells you that. Of course you don't know until after you've bought the fridge... Oh and kinda a deal breaker, the ice dispenser is sooooo slow. If it didn't have the 2nd ice maker, I would have returned this fridge.Great things are: love the round handles, love the tinted plastics inside, love all the adjustable shelving, great design on all the drawers, lots of ice in the freezer and water dispenses fast, love it!

Big improvement over last fridge, more spacious and easy access to everything, the only drawback was the ice makers did not produce and still don't the amount quoted it took 3 to 4 days to fill the bottom ice bin and at least 2 for the upper, it seems to be able to keep up with the demand around our home at this point other than that this unit so far is a great improvement over our last one
